Happened in Berlin's Zoo, Germany. Hmm there are actually easier ways to end your life. If i'm that Polar Bear, i'd also choose that chunky moving thing as my meal over the lifeless strips of beef. There was a white tiger incident that happened in Singapore's Zoo as well, but that guy was not that lucky, he was mauled to death but not eaten. I'll try to find that video.
